If you are considering to use Trumerit for credential evaluation services stay away from this company!!! They are customer service and operation is terrible. They are going to take payment, waist your time and at the end not to compete service you already paid for. Very disappointed!!
Shame on TruMerit! As a Canadian who was born in Iran but lived in Canada since more two decades ago, I paid TruMerit (CGFNS) for their credentialing service, but they locked my account, saying it's "under review", no explanation given. According to TruMerit's own website, the US government sanctions policy applies only to those "located, organized, or ordinarily resident in Iran", not to Canadians who lived in Canada means TruMerit should has not restricted my access to the customer portal for this reason.
I would like to sincerely thank the operator Keny for his excellent work and professional assistance. He listened carefully to my question, quickly understood the situation, and helped find the right solution. Keny was very polite, patient, and truly professional in his work.
