Excellent work team!
We contracted Carlos to clean and seal 3700 square ft of limestone flooring. He did a great job. He was personable and prompt. The floors were in bad shape and now they shine!
We hired Mr. Gutierrez to restore some 50+ year old terrazzo flooring in a house we recently purchased which had not been maintained well at all by the previous owners. They had apparently put down wax on it that was discolored and peeling. Mr. Gutierrez was very prompt in responding and coming out to generate a quote that I thought was very reasonable. We recently had our marble countertops refinished in both the bathroom and kitchen, and I can’t say enough how great our experience was with CG Maintenance. Mr. Gutierrez and his helper arrived on time to clean and seal my slate floors. They did a great job! My floors look clean and bright. Mr. Gutierrez suggested a sealant to use for my floors to look their best and he was spot on. Will definitely recommend him to friends and use his company again.
