The absolute worst to deal with. Received a bill from a provider that was out of network (I don’t even know who it was because it was not my doctor) for the birth of my child… a YEAR AGO. Ordered my medical records from The Derm Group. This group manages the records for the practice. I did not receive my complete records. Also, there was a report for a different patient in my records from a different medical practice!! I am sure this is a HPAA violation as well as sloppy work on the part of CG. Now I am worried as to where the rest of my medical records are.
