had a transmission crossmember ordered and recieved the wrong part in the package and on the invoice. when i called to remedy the situation was told to pack up the unit and ship it back for a full refund. then told i would have to pay for shipping of return unit and newer heavier replacement unit as well as the difference in price thus over tripeling the initial cost and wait time for the part. too many transferred lines and emails to get to this point . the product is also very chincy and thin . not to mention the arguing t... read more
