CFX was established in 2014. We pride ourselves on being one of the best fitfams in the RGV. Community is extremely important to our box and that means we do more than workout together, we spend time together as a family. However, don't think we don't love to complete and win! Amazing gym!! Love the atmosphere and love the community!! Their classes are awesome and really motivational. Their coaches are really helpful and help you build your technique.
CFX is my Favorite Gym to go to, awesome people, awesome workouts, they treat you like family, coaches are great trainers, they are THE BEST, Owner is also awesome 👏🏼 honestly best place to go to to workout and sweat literally! Personally i had started for a few years then stopped due to having kids then came back after that, best decision ever made CFX always doing whats best for their ppl, always motivating to do better, LOVE IT 😍
