Carlos did the same thing to me I texted him to see if he was running late after 15 mins late no response. I called and left him a message after 30 mins late and still have yet heard from the guy. I guess he doesn’t need business or good reviews.

This may be a good and educated person, but I will never know! Set up 3 appointments of which all 3 I was stood up! Not even a "sorry, emergency came up". Nothing, but worked out great. Blue water pools, the company that put the pool in some 20 plus years ago came out with in 24 hours of a call and resolved the proble in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Carlos for standing me up!
Carlos was fantastic and was able to diagnose and fix our jetted tub when others were completely stumped! I recommend his work 100%.
Carlos has been doing our pool openings/closing and monthly maintenance since we had the pool put in. He is very good at what he does. He doesn't waste time, is very knowledgeable about what chemicals are needed. He has responded to emergency questions or issues. Would recommend his services. The only issue we have had is on occasions he may have over booked and did not show up to do the service when requested.
