Does a great job keeping up with my money
Do not care about employees. Do not care about clients. This bank is SHADY DO NOT TRUST THEM. This bank treats employees horribly, employees who have been here for 5+ years will get thrown out like the trash. Also charges outrageous fees. Cards don’t work 90% of the time. And the Call center is rude as can be. There is a handful of employees at this bank that are worth a count, the rest are untrustworthy in my opinion and I do not feel comfortable having them around my funds and neither should you.
Changed from Visa to Discover, their cards don't work well in most readers. I've tried getting a loan of which their rates are high and their lender talked over me and down to me dismissively the moment we reached his office.
Main bank not open on Saturdays like other banks this is hard when you work all week!
