I went to go get my test done PCR for travel at CFS Wellness and Med SPA, supposedly the results would be done in 15 minutes, as they say on the outdoor of the company. They charged me 150 dlrs for EACH member of my family. The results never got back to me. They promised by text message, email and it never did. I bought a RAPID SAME DAY PCR COVID test for my girlfriend on the afternoon of December 24th, 2021, multiple times asked to make sure that results would be delivered the same day in order to attend our family x-mas dinner, multiple times was assured that they would be. That night the results were not received. SCAM!!!!!! The QR Code which is needed to travel is fake. We were charged $150 Dollars per exam being promised peace of mind. My family had to leave the country and we were sold on the fact that this was a travel safe verification. My family gets to the airport and all the tests results sent from this facility were unacceptable and my family ended up paying hundreds of dollars because of this place.
