CFS installed a new roof on our home in August of 2020 at a cost of $52,500. Within 60 days, we had a roof leak which CFS repaired under the warranty. 2 years later, we realized they used OUR spare tiles to make that repair leaving us short of tiles to make other cracked tile repairs after hurricane Ian hit. While we finally convinced them to replace those tiles, it took a YEAR! 3 years and 8 months after leak 2, a leak re-appeared in the same spot.
