I'm living next to a building CFS has been working on for over a month and they have absolutely trashed the whole area. From the materials they've removed, to materials they've cut and disgarded, to their personal trash, they've left our communal area a mess. What's worse is that the property they are working on is in the intercoastal and so much of their mess, it looks like lots of pieces of foam and plastic, have flown off the roof and into the water. I've spent hours picking up their trash from the parking lot, and every ... read more
This company came out after the last hurricane to repair my shingles that were missing and they put on the wrong color. Then they came back out and put another color on. That’s still not right so I’m the only one in my neighborhood with Shingles that don’t match up I paid $1500. My neighbors paid in the neighborhood of seven or $800 and their tiles match up perfectly. I called the company and they have no response. They’re not coming back out. I would not do business with this company again under any circumstance
CFS did a full roof replacement on our home in 2019. In 2025, we discovered that the roof had been leaking for quite some time. Over time, it got worse until we started getting intrusion. We contacted CFS and they said it was just 'wear and tear'. They even tried to deny that there was an issue with the second cricket. In the end, they said... read more
I recently got a concrete tile re-roof quote from CFS Roofing Services for my home in Cape Coral, and I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Vara. Kyle is the definition of a true professional. He conducted a highly thorough site visit and provided a comprehensive, complimentary photo inspection report that clearly mapped out my roof’s layout and condition. What I appreciated most was his absolute honesty and transparency as he took the time to explain the labor complexities of my specific project rather than just throwing ... read more
My daughter lives in an apartment complex where the roofs are getting done by this company. I would never hire them. They have made a mess all around here we have kids running around and they are the dirtiest roofing people I've ever seen. Nails all over. Gutters ruined and full of crap. Tape all over the field from the rolls of shingles. All in all don't hire these people. These apartments don't care who they hire One gentleman sits in a truck on the phone most of the day just doing nothing. I hope everyone takes heed to th... read more
