I highly recommend using CFS Engineers for any services they offer. They were incredibly easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during a stressful time for my family. They were able to schedule quickly and were extremely efficient in getting us what we needed to move forward with our land. They will be our only choice should we ever need their services in the future.
I'm sure these are wonderful people if you are the one paying them. For anyone else, at least one of them is rude and dishonest. Being an adjacent property owner, asking for clarification, I was told, "I don't have time to fight and argue with you." My portion of the conversation consisted of, "ok, so what is this?" while pointing at a marker stake.
