I am Extremely disappointed with this company! On 6/25/2020 CFS Engineers did a survey of the land before we purchased the 16.24 acres. We called them back out in April of 2023 and Jeremy's wife, Bobbi, marked where the easement began and called it the end of our land thus removing nearly an acre of land. Jeremy refuses to talk to us, has his secretary call us back to tell us to hire another company and refuses to explain why 2 surveys CFS, his company, has done in less than 3 years has erroneous discrepancies. I highly recommend using CFS Engineers for any services they offer. They were incredibly easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during a stressful time for my family. They were able to schedule quickly and were extremely efficient in getting us what we needed to move forward with our land. They will be our only choice should we ever need their services in the future.
I'm sure these are wonderful people if you are the one paying them. For anyone else, at least one of them is rude and dishonest. Being an adjacent property owner, asking for clarification, I was told, "I don't have time to fight and argue with you." My portion of the conversation consisted of, "ok, so what is this?" while pointing at a marker stake. For clarification, there is an unused alley between the properties, so it did not seem like an unreasonable question to me. I supposed I could have worded the question in a clear... read more
