Purchased engineered floors that started chipping at the edges within the first 2 years. I have had multiple flooring inspectors and installers to the house to look at them and was told this was a product failure. CFS however, will not even send someone to look at the floors and they claim to stand by the fact that it is not a warranty issue. I don’t know what these people are talking about. I have installed thousands of feet of The Melissa II line and never had any problems. Product is tough as nails.
We have about $10,000 in our flooring. We purchased the Melissa II Marmont and this flooring is pure CRAP!! We had it installed the week before Christmas and by February it was coming apart and we were babying this flooring. I have yet to get anywhere with this company on Warranty! I guess I'm going to get and attorney to file suit!!!
Installed the laminate on the entire downstairs level. This stuff started to bubble in a few weeks. I tried to get them to warranty the floor. They sent someone out after 6 months of fighting with them and installer. They tested for water and everything else they could try. found NOTHING.. They refused to warranty their crappie product. I had to keep the ugly bubbled for as we did want to do another full remodel so soon. RUN RUN away from this company, Customer service is the worst and a terrible product.
We offering qualified WPC flooring with very very cheap price. I am henry from chinese genuine WPC manufacturer. We attend surface 2017 exhibition.
Poor service. Ladies answering the customer service line lack motivation.
Worst company ever!!!! Also kenco distributors is awful as well. Please read visitors post before considering purchase!!
