DON’T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I rented from these people for 4 years. It wasn’t the best place to live but I lived there. I filled multiple maintenance requests while living there. To make a long story short. My A/C when complete out to where the repair guy they sent out multiple time said each time he came out there the entire unit needed to be replaced. My husband and I outgrew our small apartment ano needed to find a new home for our next chapter. Our experience with the rental process of CFRP Realty has been great. Expectations have been transparent and comprehensive. Karen was prompt with scheduling a viewing of the property and answered all of our questions. Very communicative and this was appreciated. Alicja was fabulous processing our rental application. She was responsive and quick to follow up with any questions/concerns about the app or lease.
