This is the worst house have I have ever stayed in. Cockroaches every where. Payed extra for pool heat AND to use the grill which is unbelievable . And when we went to use the grill to grill out the tank was empty. The pool heat also barely worked. There is mold in all the central air vents with water stains along the ceilings. Multiple electrical outlets that don’t work. TVs in the rooms don’t work. Bed sheets have stains. Don’t ever rent this house. I’m reporting this property manager for fraud
A fabulous resort, with pool areas / 2 pools , Childs walk-in ,slide , lazy river, tiki bar ,Frankie Farrell bar and restaurant. Banana Jacks play area for kids, ice cream parlour, loads of other amenities, Berry town centre shops bars close by also. Close to all Disney parks.
These people are crooks. We signed a management agreement and power of attorney in February 2022 for them to manage our Davenport vacation home and find short term rentals. Over the 2 years since then they have stolen almost $3,500 from our rental income in a scam by making unauthorised charges in blatant violation of the management agreement. They can’t be trusted - don’t let them manage your home under any circumstances and be very wary if you’re thinking of renting a home they manage.
Unforgettable vacation memories made! CFRM Villas provide stunning accommodation that is well situated and close to so many attractions that everyone in the family will enjoy. My family enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked another stay with CFRM, highly recommend!
