DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid him and he completely ignored me and made excuses and excuses of why he hasn’t come out to fix my hot tub. He scammed me out of $428. My hot tub still is not fixed and I contacted him November 18th, 2024.
Beware!!!! DO NOT USE! We feel scammed! Work paid for and not completed. We used Brandon a couple of years ago and everything was great. Now Brandon won’t return calls or finish the work. Along with charging our card every couple of days for hundreds and then thousands that we never agreed to or most certainly did NOT authorize any kind of auto charging. I contacted the company to have my pool pump replaced and requested a quick turnaround. I was informed that the service could be completed within 24-48 hours, but I needed to provide a deposit immediately due to the expedited timeline. I promptly paid the deposit on Friday, expecting the service to be completed quickly. However, the technician did not arrive until the following Tuesday and was extremely unresponsive during this period. I called Brandon on a Friday early afternoon weekend of Memorial Day explaining that I needed to have my pool light replaced and that I already bought a new one and needed to have it installed. Brandon said that he was booked with jobs for the day, but that he would try to squeeze me in sometime later in the day or early evening. He text me at 8pm and said he was on his way to my house.
