I would give 0 stars if I could. Nothing but issues with them performing our forklift services. They also kept telling us we needed stuff replaced when we didn’t. They just want your money and their technicians are not as knowledgeable as they should be. And when their techs screwed up, we were charged for multiple visits afterwards to try to fix their screw up. $700 later it still wasn’t fixed. First Pm with Winchester Equipment and it was fixed. DO NOT USE THEM, unless you like throwing your money away.
CFE has been a vendor of ours for many years. Everyone from service, to parts, to accounting, have been extremely kind and helpful. All of our requests to them have been handled properly and efficiently and they go out of their way to make sure we remain a happy and satisfied customer. We look forward to many more years of continuing our business relationship with them.
