Very poor customer service. The new customer service representatives only answer the phone but show no initiative or willingness to help drivers. Their attitude feels arrogant, as if they were owners, not support staff. Drivers need solutions, not excuses or bad attitudes. This lack of professionalism creates delays, frustration, and unnecessary problems.
