It was a good experience. Just a heads-up: don't cross over at Pizzeria Faracos, or the police will give you a ticket. I’ve posted two photos where I’ve marked the prohibited area in red and the correct route in green. There is no parking in the area.
Very poor customer service. The new customer service representatives only answer the phone but show no initiative or willingness to help drivers. Their attitude feels arrogant, as if they were owners, not support staff. Drivers need solutions, not excuses or bad attitudes. This lack of professionalism creates delays, frustration, and unnecessary problems.
1 pm appointment checked in 10:55 am and got door 12:30 pm now 17:58 pm Still loading … what slow day?
