Nov 13th 8pm, caught a CFB employee on my security camera, unloading a marked CFB van and dumping sheets of glass on my property!! Can you believe that?? Do yourself a favour and find a HVAC company with INTEGRITY!

Awesome guy came out and replaced my furnace on Family Day, from out of town, at a competitive price, when literally every other company in my home town told me I’d have to wait for a replacement in a 12 degree house for two more days. Above and beyond. Seriously.
I gave this business a high rating in the past but I had to revise my rating. Ownership has changed to Carlton's nephew who told me that he had checked my furnace humidifier during a maintenance appointment. After he left I found the filter was caked with hard water deposits. I had to hire another company to get the humidifier working and to sort out a problem with my tankless water heater that he was not able to resolve.
