I cannot recommend the CFA enough! My husband and I took the baby basics class when we were expecting and we learned so much that we took another breastfeeding class. I signed up for the new moms group and it was so helpful postpartum talking to other moms and learning from/ relating to one another. They hold events for moms that I am looking forward to continuing. Overall, I cannot recommend Mary and her team at the CFA enough - they have built a wonderful and supportive community. Joining the CFA's New Moms Group was truly one of the best decisions I made in my postpartum journey. The group provides such a safe, welcoming space for new moms to share their experiences, ask questions, and support one another through motherhood. Mary is incredibly knowledgeable and her guidance made a huge difference. Additionally, the connections I formed with the other moms in the group have turned into real friendships that I cherish. CFA is a great resource and center for the community. I have taken part in multiple classes/events as well as the new mom's group which I highly recommend.
We loved attending the CPR training course. Very knowledgeable presenter and wonderful place.
I signed up for almost all of their classes they offer before the arrival of my first baby i am due in February of this year. My husband has attended every class with me and i must say they are ABSOLUTELY worth it!
