I recently attended the postpartum restore & recovery class with Rachel and had such a great experience! I was able to bring my daughter with me and together we took the first step towards rebuilding strength post pregnancy. Rachel was very knowledgeable and had great energy! After each class, we received a follow up email, which helped with consistency at home! Very grateful for this class in encouraging me to exercise and providing support in my healing journey!
The CFA is an amazing resource for expecting parents and new moms. I moved to town while pregnant, not knowing many people or even how to change a diaper and I found a second home at the CFA. Mary is amazing and so is the rest of the staff and community. I cannot recommend the CFA enough! My husband and I took the baby basics class when we were expecting and we learned so much that we took another breastfeeding class. I signed up for the new moms group and it was so helpful postpartum talking to other moms and learning from/ relating to one another. They hold events for moms that I am looking forward to continuing. Overall, I cannot recommend Mary and her team at the CFA enough - they have built a wonderful and supportive community. Joining the CFA's New Moms Group was truly one of the best decisions I made in my postpartum journey. The group provides such a safe, welcoming space for new moms to share their experiences, ask questions, and support one another through motherhood. Mary is incredibly knowledgeable and her guidance made a huge difference. Additionally, the connections I formed with the other moms in the group have turned into real friendships that I cherish.
