Definitely do not recommend, I wish I looked into the reviews more before I ordered 26 pallets from cf sod. Terrible communication and alway had an excuse for everything and put the blame on someone else. They partner with green life environmental and offer a warranty if you have green life do your spraying (which I also do not recommend). However if you have a problem it’s like pulling teeth to get something resolved and then they won’t follow through with what they claim they will do. Made numerous guaranteed delivery promises and have arrived.
Calling them is not only frustrating but their way & system is unprofessional. Hardly anyone answers the phone & when you leave a message, no one calls back. If you do get ahold of someone they reply let me find out & call you back. There’s no call back. You ask a question the person on the phone never knows the answer & that is why you get the “let me call you back” answer. As a commercial company owner I do not recommend them.
