Update as of 6/27/25-Still not fixed and no response from Corny Fehr. Additional pictures from today added. My initial experience with Corny was great but after 5 months I noticed some issues with my building and I reached out to him. For months he kept saying he would come take a look and never showed and eventually he quit responding altogether.
