I went to the shop knowing what my cars problem was (an O2 sensor) and just wanted a quick quote to get it fixed. He calls me back after 2 hours and tells me it’s $325 to replace it. I said no since that’s an outrageous price and I was charged $80 for the “diagnose” which is completely useless since I already knew the problem. The car was never even moved from where I left it parked or put on a lift. There are plenty of car shops in Port Chester. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dishonest shop. Never again.
