I had work done with the thermostat on my heating system. The thermostat that I wanted installed was a complicated internet-based thermostat. When I called the C.F. Acri and Son, Jen answered and and confidently stated that they could install the thermostat. Chris came out to install the thermostat and was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Having just bought a new home, I discovered that the furnace was short cycling. Since Acri installed the furnace, I contacted them. Even though it was not urgent they were here within 24 hours. The tech was very thorough, professional and resolved the problem. The charge for service was very reasonable. I will be using them for HVAC service. I do highly recommend them.

We've used CF Acri for more than 30 years and recently went easy above. The hybrid got water heater they installed stopped working properly. Acri's replaced the heater the same day with a brand new heater. Thank you very much for great service
