Not sure how anyone could complain, any faults or issues are fixed immediately or replaced no questions asked. Buying second hand you accept the risk you might have to come back for a replacement ! 100x cheaper than buying brand new
Took in my iPhone 14 around a year ago because the flashlight wasn’t working, got a new one with horrible battery and exchanged it again. I found out they gave me an iPhone 13 instead.
They sold me a broken Nintendo switch obviously I brought it back they said they would replace it with a working one and test it hmmm the replacement was also broken
Why buy new? Great prices and awesome staff.
