good selection of tech, games, and movies. very nice employees who are very interested in their stock 😗👍
Horrible service. Waited a few minutes to even be noticed at front counter. All the girls were busy around the corner on their phones (can hear them laughing about tiktoks). Wanted a limited edition steel book of a game that was on the shelves, waited almost 15 minutes just for them to turn around and be told they can’t find the disk for the game that they have on display for sale. Refused to hold the case for me until the disk was found and didn’t offer any solutions except “hope for the best”. Disgusting service
The staff there were nice and very helpful.
Took in a laptop worth around $1,500 and was offered $300. Either a complete lack of competence in valuation or an attempt to seriously undervalue customers. Very disappointing experience.
The state the controllers are in is disgusting and they want almost brand new full price for them. Saving $10 for something covered all over in someone else's gunk and the joystick rubber ripped off, no thanks. I would be embarrassed to even have them on display let alone for around $70.
