Very easy to deal with in and out sold games got the voucher or cash chose voucher as my son wanted some games. Very smooth and easy process will be back.
I sold my Hard drives the other day to a employee named Isabella at your bankstown location. I have returned home and taken a look at what she has labelled on the hard drive. The label indicates it has 250gb storage but the hard drive itself is 2tb. I sold roughly 9 hard drives all above 1TB and received roughly $60 -$70 through my pay I'd. Worst experience ever, was told a item in a B grade but doesn’t even have the original charging cable, also when asked I literally got a reply “I can do anything as i was not the one who bought it” Also Already scammed from a “5 year warranty” and have to get a store refund within 30 days of purchase. AVOID AVOID AVOID at least this store
Very poor customer service. My wife visited this store yesterday at around 3:15 pm to buy a game for our son. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee serving her was very rude and completely unprofessional. When my wife asked for the game, instead of assisting her properly, he simply pointed toward the shelf and told her to go and pick it up herself.
