Come in a few times to trade in some old games and electronics. Staff are very nice and explain all the necessary information and the process is swift and easygoing. The variety of stuff they have is impressive and fun to browse as well.

Pretty good selecti9n from ps2 right up to ps5, xbox one and a good selection of a couple tablets and other retro stuff, staff were helpful and attentive too.

C grade phone sold as B grade, no compensation Bought Oppo Reno 11F classed B grade on the site, but received phone had a completely battered frame, obviously damaged from heavy drops on almost all the corners, and scratches. Wanted to then use as a backup phone and asked for $50 reduction (which is typical C B-grade price difference for this model) but CEX says they do no partial refunds and wanted me to do time wasting online return procedure as no CEX store in my city.
