Staff are very friendly and very helpful. New kid riley did an awesome job trying to trade in my stuff for me. His second day and doing well.
They sent the wrong item. Can’t return in store as there is no store in my state. Customer support is only online with no store in Australia displaying a phone number. All I want is a refunded difference on the item I got and what I was suppose to get. Absolutely ridiculous that I can not get any support from in Australia and now they are not replying to my email. Give me the money I am LEGALLY entitled to otherwise I’ll report this to the ACCC. I know thanks to auspost tracking that the product was sent from this store.
