They sent the wrong item. Can’t return in store as there is no store in my state. Customer support is only online with no store in Australia displaying a phone number. All I want is a refunded difference on the item I got and what I was suppose to get. Absolutely ridiculous that I can not get any support from in Australia and now they are not replying to my email. Give me the money I am LEGALLY entitled to otherwise I’ll report this to the ACCC. I know thanks to auspost tracking that the product was sent from this store.
Very disappointing experience We tried calling multiple times but no one answered the phone. On their website, the item was clearly shown as available, so we trusted that and drove a long distance. When we arrived, they said they had it but couldn’t sell it to us! This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time and effort ⏳ If your website information is not accurate, don’t mislead customers. I definitely do NOT recommend this place

My disc was scratched.can you tell me tips to clean my disc because I was playing gran Turismo 3 A-spec to setup but it was all black and white square just appeared and started flashing.
