Purchase a phone from them which was supposed to be a grade in the box got home to get it out of the box and noticed the back of the phone was almost falling off separating from the rest of the phone Took it back to get it rectified and could not get a cash refund they would only give me a voucher to exchange it as if I'm exchanging it for change of mind but I am wanting changed because I was sold something that was not as described

I had noticed with CEX when buying stuff is when I receive an item that I bought, And it's broken, or not functioning correctly, I would return it, and I would find my item back on there shelfs for selling, I would hate for someone to be buying what I had returned because it's broken, I would not go to campbelltown CEX, Especially now that I know they are reselling the broken stuff I had returned.
