Hayden is outstanding offer this guy a rise right now
Click and collected an iPad that was locked to someone's account so I couldn't use it. When I returned it they said it doesn't match the iPad they gave me. They messed up the SKUs for my iPad and another one they had in store and refused to refund it within the return period. Had to back and forth email with their support for a refund
Sold some PC parts. Customer service was great. Price for the parts was a little underwhelming given the soaring costs of RAM and HDDs right now.
