Had me take off work with a 4 hour window. Never notified me that my order wasn’t coming. I called to confirm delivery, operator put me on a long hold to come back and tell me that the drivers truck broke down and I won’t be getting my delivery today. How don’t you know the truck is broken down already? How does a truck break down and can’t deliver for the rest of the day but will work the next day ? Just a silly company that I hope I never have to deal with again

Absolutely the worst logistics company ever. Had a delivery scheduled for over a week, they never came and never answered the phone. Finally was able to get through days later and made another appointment for the following week. Same instance as the first time, no show on the appointment and couldnt get into contact with their office. How do you run a logistics company and can't provide communication nor deliver at said time and place. Pathetic.

I ordered a TV online and this was the company used to deliver. They were scheduled to deliver my tv today but they call me and make some grand story about how the system is automatic and doesnt properly generate the appointment. Them rescheduling has really inconvenienced me and its ridiculous how you can waste peoples time like that.
