I ordered a TV online and this was the company used to deliver. They were scheduled to deliver my tv today but they call me and make some grand story about how the system is automatic and doesnt properly generate the appointment. Them rescheduling has really inconvenienced me and its ridiculous how you can waste peoples time like that.
How does this business exist? Why does any company use them? They were supposed to deliver a rug today and I get a call that I need to give them the gate code to enter in the next few minutes to complete delivery. I call the number provided in less than a minute. I get put on hold for 21 minutes and it hangs up on me. My wife tries calling and same thing. After 21 minutes on hold it hangs up on her. Are you kidding me?
They have my freight and will not deliver unless I schedule but they won't pick up their phone or respond to email.
A logistics company that can't communicate and doesn't deliver on time. Literally, it is their only job and they fail at it time and time again. How can reputable companies continue to work with this company?
This company is TERRIBLE!! I don’t see why they still exist . I had taken off work twice for a delivery. It was supposed to come March 10th then they called with an excuse about how their driver already left . Then they scheduled it for today March 11th and yet again they’re only delivering ONE piece and now they have to schedule again to deliver the rest . They are unorganized and unprofessional. Nor do they answer their phone when you call. The WORST shipping company EVER
