I had an international order that came in two large crates, it was delivered today on time and without an issue. Eric the supervisor at the PIT hub was nice to work with and he pays attention to detail. Lisa the receptionist is a bit flaky and careless. The subcontracted LTL trucker, Omar was professional and hard worker. Glad my delivery was a success unlike all of the terrible reviews that I read on here. Yikes!

I ordered a Nordic Trad treadmill and when the driver showed up to deliver it he made every excuse in the book to not have to lift the equipment. He said it was 400lbs and that he’d have a hard time lifting it up the 4 steps it takes to get to my front porch. Confused as to why they wouldn’t send team drivers I questioned him and he seemed dumbfounded and started complaining about CEVA as if it were their fault. UPDATE: Below was my original, knee jerk, review born from frustration and fear after having read other reviews. The beginning of my journey with Ceva is as described below, however, on the third scheduled day, the driver went above and beyond to get to me at the very last minute. The delivery window closed at 3 and on the phone he said he could get there at 4. I couldn't make this work as I had switched my work schedule to be available during the 9-3 window and needed to leave promptly at 3:30. I'm not sure how he did it, b... read more

Delivery scheduled for one day, was notified it’s running late and rescheduled for two days later, never got a call on that second date, so I called to inquire. No explanation or apology and no intention of letting me know they weren’t coming. Scheduled a third time for an entire week later. Two days I had adjusted with work so far with no delivery, and very little faith it’s coming on the third. Totally disgusted.

It’s really cool of your drivers to refuse to get out of the passing lane on I-79 for 30+ miles from Cranberry. I guess the 40+ cars bumper to bumper didn’t give him a hint.
