Ordered an E-Bike from a company. The delivery was bad, they scratched my E-Bike. They delivered it on the side and not straight standing up.
Delivery by appointment. Parked overnight at the end of the parking lot. Friendly staff.
Phone call is 30 seconds of silence followed by a request for me to go to some website. No delivery. No human voice or automated scheduling on the phone. Never showed up. Two weeks later... Nothing.

Everything about the delivery was superb! The driver was really helpful and so nice! I don’t understand all the bad reviews lol, they did a fantastic job , and the people in the office site always answered my calls and helped throughout the delivery process
