Everything about the delivery was superb! The driver was really helpful and so nice! I don’t understand all the bad reviews lol, they did a fantastic job , and the people in the office site always answered my calls and helped throughout the delivery process

Let me start by saying I read probably 30 reviews and instantly panicked after I placed an order with MDG as CEVA is who they utilize for their shipping. Worst part of my experience was my impatience (14 days) waiting on my 85 inch tv!!! I had a delivery time set for 11am to 5pm. I notified work since I typically start at 3. I got a random call on my cell phone around 1047am. It was the delivery driver telling me that he was about 10 minutes away and asked me EXACTLY where I lived...Excited...I ran outside. its on top of the hill big gray building , you have to go around back to get checked in..check-in by dock door 12, they dont seem like they wanna take people early for delivery , not fast at unloading, not a big lot update-- load im hauling here now doesnt have appointment time however they dont wanna start unloading until after they get there trucks out so dont show up at 7am expecting to get unloaded

Why put phone numbers for customer service, if you don't answer the phones? Any of them... instead... just state... we don't do customer service. My order from Amazon ... after ordering... then stated it had to be delivered by CEVA and that someone must be present. Hard to do when no dates are scheduled nor is their a time scheduled other than 6am to 8pm. Tried calling for 4 days straight, hours upon hours and could l not reach a single person.
