Scheduled a “white glove delivery” from 9am-1pm. Didn’t hear anything from them so at 1:30 I called to check in and the guy on the phone said “it’s only 1:30 they’re probably on the way. (No apology or anything) then proceeds to tell me the truck broke down this morning and they won’t be getting to me until last and i shouldn’t have had a morning appointment anyways.” Which….. Ordered an E-Bike from a company. The delivery was bad, they scratched my E-Bike. They delivered it on the side and not straight standing up.
Delivery by appointment. Parked overnight at the end of the parking lot. Friendly staff.
Phone call is 30 seconds of silence followed by a request for me to go to some website. No delivery. No human voice or automated scheduling on the phone. Never showed up. Two weeks later... Nothing.
