Delivery by appointment. Parked overnight at the end of the parking lot. Friendly staff.
Phone call is 30 seconds of silence followed by a request for me to go to some website. No delivery. No human voice or automated scheduling on the phone. Never showed up. Two weeks later... Nothing.

Everything about the delivery was superb! The driver was really helpful and so nice! I don’t understand all the bad reviews lol, they did a fantastic job , and the people in the office site always answered my calls and helped throughout the delivery process
Let me start by saying I read probably 30 reviews and instantly panicked after I placed an order with MDG as CEVA is who they utilize for their shipping. Worst part of my experience was my impatience (14 days) waiting on my 85 inch tv!!! I had a delivery time set for 11am to 5pm. I notified work since I typically start at 3. I got a random call on my cell phone around 1047am. It was the delivery driver telling me that he was about 10 minutes away and asked me EXACTLY where I lived...Excited...I ran outside.
