Given how useless this company is. Please help me report them as "Permanently Closed" on Google. They don't answer phones or have anyone on site to speak with. If all of us mark them as Permanently Closed, they'll lose business which is what they act like they want.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We ordered a Christmas present for our children back in November to be delivered on Thursday, 12/19/24. This is the shipping company they use. We paid for installation to take place on Saturday, 12/21/24 so it would be ready in time for our children for Christmas. At first , driver did not want to open box so I could see if the package was damaged, I had to insist he do so, when package was opened , sure enough, it was damaged!, he had to remove the item and return it , I have the video of him doing so, by home security cameras! Just incase of a problem disputing such👈🏾👍🏾!

Had a delivery from them for an Amazon purchase. They did not uphold the purchase order instructions to place the item where I needed it in my yard. Instead they left the 1 ton item in front of my driveway blocking my vehicles. Spoke with their customer service and they refused to remedy the issue. Don’t know how these folks stay in business.
