I called to schedule my delivery as I received a notification that it was ready to be delivered. I followed the link and went to hit save and it would not let me, so I called. The gentleman on the phone said that the text I got was an AI generated text and it does not know that the delivery is not at the terminal close to my residence (Flag number 1) if your system doesn’t know how to track then why are you even using it. Very unprofessional customer service doesn’t know what they’re doing you leave instructions for delivery that doesn’t work out. Then the driver cannot stay on driveway. He is all over the yard told them not to bring the truck down my driveway and they cracked the concrete pad in front of my house. Do not recommend this delivery company
I never leave reviews, but this was warranted. I called this morning to get an update and talked to a wonderful person, I believe her name was Andrea. She let me know that the package would be delivered. However, the package was marked as attempted. When I called for more information I got Jay and he was extremely rude and condescending. He called the driver stating that there was two feet of snow. The sidewalks, and my walkway are clean. Terrible customer service. I called to check on my order since it was supposed to be delivered today and it did not actually say out for delivery. The individual I dealt with was rude and cold and hung up on me. Then when it was delivered after our delivery window, they dropped it at the house across the street, not even signed for. We spent all day at home waiting because it specifically said it needed to be signed for and it gave us an eight hour delivery window.
