I wish there was an option for zero stars as this is what this company deserves. Schedule a delivery a week in advanced. Comes to the day of the delivery and nothing. Not an update or anything. They failed to deliver or give notice on the scheduled time of the delivery. I do not recommend this company for business or personal use.

Was told someone needed to be home between 12-4 for a delivery. Took off work to be here. Was called at 12 and told a driver called in so they wouldn't be delivering my treadmill. Offered to deliver it 5 days later (so now I'm waiting another week to get something I paid a huge amount for) and when I explained I had no more days off this year was told they could just leave it on my porch. When I explained I took off work they didn't care at all. Very poor service.
While the delivery was two days later than expected, the delivery driver was polite snd professional.
