Wish I could give a zero. A delivery has been scheduled for over a week for Monday May 19th between 9:00-3:00, and I received a confirmation yesterday saying the same. Come about 2:30 pm I realized that it wasn't even out for delivery today. Called Costco, they put me in contact with Mark, CIVA rep out of Houston. Nope, wasn't going to be delivered, but the good news was that CIVA was going to give me another opportunity on Wed, Thursday or Friday to sit at home all day again to maybe receive the delivery. I am surprised at the number of negative reviews for CEVA Logistics given that I had an excellent experience with them. CEVA shipped the sofa from New Jersey on Jan 9th, a day after they got the order from my store. I got an automated call on the 10th to set up receipt of the sofa on the 16th. The sofa went to SF before backtracking to Reno NV on the 16th, where it arrived 1.5 hours into the delivery window. The driver, Amodo, was personable and very helpful. I got white glove treatment and he carefully assembled the sofa, ... read more

Despite fabulous packaging, CEVA Freight Management managed to destroy a beautiful, high quality bedroom dresser (bought from Amazon. com) - probably by a careless forklift operator.
This company has no ideas where my package is. After multiple calls, they would tell me it’s at Western Peaks (which it is not) or it’s in California (which it was not) whoever is scanning and entering, the company is a mess without any real answers or ability to tell me where my order is. It’s been weeks and my frustration is super high! Amazon used these guys and I hope they rethink their relationship.
