Update June 2025: Nicole, Chuck and Chris are still Amazing and my go to for any maintenance needed on my Jeep and family and friends cars. Chuck (the owner) replaced the rotors and brakes on my vehicle in December. The day after I received my car back there was a loud sound coming from the back left rear wheel so I took it back. I was told that it could be "pad slap" and it should be fine and work itself out. After giving it some time to work out, I took it back.
