After leaving several voicemails over a 2 week period and sending a few emails, I finally got a call back to make my appointment. They changed my time twice and I never received confirmation for my appointment like they said I would. When I walked in the front door, there was nobody their to greet me and nobody came out for about 10 minutes. The woman was rude and said they were running behind and couldn't tell me how long and then disappeared again. Finally 30 minutes later I get in for my massage. The massage was ok. The f... read more

This is a wonderful relaxing Spa that really caters to their clients with specialized skin treatments and facials. I had really bad acne on my skin with wrinkles under my eyes, Maria the esthetician has made my skin so beautiful and clear I have no more wrinkles under my eyes, and softer skin now. Thanks to estetician Maria my skin is beautiful she is absolutely the best. Hubby got me a groupon massage and facial package for mother's day. It took two months to actually talk to a live person, after leaving several messaged to schedule it. Then they were so booked, there was a two month wait to redeem it. Then, rescheduled three times. The massage was nice. Male therapist, very communicative, perfect deep tissue. He is the only reason I give two stars and not one. Facial was a disaster. I've never had one before and clearly indicated that on the paperwork. First, the lady had awful breath. *gag... read more
