Make sure you dont call these guys unless you have unlimited funds... I was told they were doing me a favor. A job that should have been no more than an hour, I got charged two hours (\$150 per hour) and I got charged \$230.00 for a part I can buy for \$120.00 for the trim and cartridge This part was Delta D13420 look it up on the internet, they charged me \$230.00. When I questioned the cost of the faucet he said they do have a 25% mark-up... that is almost 100% mark-up. So for a job that should have cost me \$ 270.00 dolla... read more
