Make sure you dont call these guys unless you have unlimited funds... I was told they were doing me a favor. A job that should have been no more than an hour, I got charged two hours (\$150 per hour) and I got charged \$230.00 for a part I can buy for \$120.00 for the trim and cartridge This part was Delta D13420 look it up on the internet, they charged me \$230.00.
