He is responsive whenever you have questions, listens to you, and offers am empathetic presence when you are going through rough times. You can't go wrong if you choose Tom.

We HIGHLY recommend Tom Cesta, of Cesta Legal. After trying for nearly 15 years to have our own business, we finally accepted the fact it was not going to make it. I would recommend Cesta Legal to anyone. Tom is the most helpful attorney I have ever met. He made the whole process so easy to cope with legally, mentally and emotionally. I have had to deal with a few different law firms this last couple of years and Cesta Legal is the only one that truly took a personal approach to handling my case.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Thomas J. Cesta! He was very professional and upfront with me from the minute I walked in the door of his office. Throughout my bankruptcy process, he was very knowledgeable, kept me informed of every step and was very personal and compassionate in a not so great situation to be in.
