Among the best food we’ve had. Fresh ingredients, excellent preparation, wonderful atmosphere. This is a French Bistro, not a corporate operation trying to be clever.
This review is coming late but I absolutely did not forget. John (The Chef) is A Magician in The Kitchen. I cannot describe to you the level and depth of care, love, and technique that was put into our dishes. This meal brought tears to my eyes it was literally so good. Dog friendly hidden gem! All the staff was so beyond friendly.
C'est Si Bon is open again for those who were unsure, and it is a favorite spot of ours. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you want a wine pairing recommendation, they will happily provide you with something amazing. Do yourself a favor and check out this wonderful place.
