Great food, wine. It's so good!
Food was pretty good. The cheese bonbons are to die for but everything else is kinda good but not great. Also it took 2 hours to get a appetizer and entree. It is only one chef making everything but to take so long for 5 tables (10 people in the restaurant total) is crazy.
Among the best food we’ve had. Fresh ingredients, excellent preparation, wonderful atmosphere. This is a French Bistro, not a corporate operation trying to be clever.
This review is coming late but I absolutely did not forget. John (The Chef) is A Magician in The Kitchen. I cannot describe to you the level and depth of care, love, and technique that was put into our dishes. This meal brought tears to my eyes it was literally so good. My boyfriend and I visited Portland for my birthday over the July 4th weekend, we had other reservations we ended up missing this night.
