Had an appointment set for 10am - full set acrylic and pedicure. Arrived at 9:50, shop wasn't open. That's okay, they open at 10 so I waited until then. Then I waited some more. Finally, at around 10:30, they opened. That's fine- sometimes things happen and things fall behind! So I went in, they asked what I wanted done. I told them I had an appointment, and they didn't ask for my name/number. A little weird but ok. Highly recommend Rico! He is the best! But I would DEFINITELY NOT go to anyone else there and the owner (or manager?) is just awful to interact with. Everyone’s got problems, such is life, but taking it out on employees and customers is bananas. Go to therapy or something, whatever it takes to just behave like a decent human who treats people with the bare minimum of courtesy would be fine 🤷♀️
