This is the worse place to do business with. I have a puncture tired at their store. I explained to them I will Be towing the car. When the towing truck came them all tow the vehicle. When I spoke them on the phone the lady was so rude and unprofessional.
My partner and I bought a few things here because her sister is very ill. Later we decided we really didn't need the overbed table or the bath chair so I called to ask if I could return them. I was open about the fact we'd used the table a couple times and no longer had the box; I said we'd understand if we could not have a full refund. I'd have understood at that point if we'd been told it couldn't be returned, but that was not the case. I was told to go ahead and bring it back. Overall experiences with this company have been poor. The employees are not easily easy to deal with in general. Great selection but poor poor service. You would think they were paying for my supplies out of their paycheck not by my insurance. If they didn't have such a great selection and weren't close to the hospital I would definitely go somewhere else. Must say that not all of the employees are unhelpful but yes the good majority were hard to deal with.
Love CESCO and the Cordova family takes care of people in a loving way!
I've been to Cesco several times for canes and stockings. I am very sensitive to smells, and had no problem at all on any of my visits. Maybe Summer's review below was written just after a cleaning??? The employees are very friendly and helpful and know their stock. They even helped me put on my new cane handles - no easy feat!
I've been shopping here for my mother for years. Their parking lot is a little small, but the shop is nice (no cleaner smells) the prices are fair, and the people are always nice. If you need to buy adult supplies I would definitely recommend checking them out.
