I just placed an order through UberEats for enchiladas verdes and I received enchiladas with just cheese and chicken, no sauce. I called to tell them a the guy who answered the phone said what do you want me to do, and I said a refund and he said okay but not until Friday? And then I still said thank you but he hung up on me. They need to train their staff on how to answer phones apparently because he was rude. And also dry enchiladas is wild to send out.
My cousin and I found this place on tiktok and thought it would be nice to try. Immediately upon sitting down, we got the best waiter ever, Alfonzo. Alfonzo was so kind, so helpful, and actually paid attention and listened to us! He helped us pick items and even suggested these bomb plant based Al Pastor tacos for me.
