Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, but I was able to read a magazine

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreci... read more
