Cesar is an exceptional agent to work with! We were clueless first time home buyers who had been referred to Cesar by friends and are so happy we went with this decision. Cesar was very knowledgeable on market trends and very patient and accommodative with our schedules. He was also very helpful in guiding us throughout the home buying process all the way to closing. Cesar is sincere and detail oriented. He is well prepared about a current market, doing his homework ahead. Cesar also does an excellent job of staying on top of any ongoing open items for closure to get the property ready for the market. He provides a daily feedback on the open house result and share with a seller what will happen scenario. Overall, we are totally satisfied with his service and glad that we chose Compass team.

I had no idea what I was doing during the home buying process and it was a lot more complicated than I anticipated until Cesar and I connected. He set up times for us to go look at different properties and had some good insights about the buildings and surrounding areas.
