I have been seeing Dr. Villaflor for a long time now and I’m about to age out of pediatrics. He is a good doctor and actually listened to my mom and I for years. He takes his job very seriously.
If I could give Dr villaflor zero stars, I would! First, he refused birth control pills for my 15 year old daughter whose menstrual cramps were causing vomiting and incapacitating pain. He also refused to recommend obgyn who would treat her. My husband then asked for her latest physical. He was told the only way to get the document was to go to their office. He drove there immediately. When he arrived 10 mins later the office was closed. The doors were locked. They could have mentioned this when he was on the phone with them... read more
Receptionist is unprofessional and created a difficult situation for no reason. I asked a question she wasnt able to answer pertaining to the wait of the appt time and an infant’s vaccines, and instead of directing me on getting an answer, she responded shes not a doctor nor does she have kids.
