Cesar’s truck pulled out of a parking lot directly in front of my car causing me to have to slam on my brakes and swing into the other lane to avoid a collision. I pointed toward my car’s hood to indicate the driver should pay more attention to vehicles around him and not drive unsafely, especially when there were no cars behind me and he could have just waited five seconds until my car passed him.
