Don't waste your time with this guy. Cesar had replaced the clutch on my mother's car, only for the clutch to go out within a year. I strongly believe Cesar never replaced the clutch with a brand new part. Cesar is a monkey holding a wrench. He's barely qualified to do an oil change. Avoid this dude.
This man has no customer service, I was in for a brake light problem. He gave me the run around and didn't fix anything. Go across the street to Joe & Mike's they are professional and educated not like Ceasar
