Cesar was my hubby's go to mechanic for several years and he didn't have any issues with Cesar. We recently learned though that Cesar passed away and his business closed. Another mechanic is now using this location for his own shop.

Don't waste your time with this guy. Cesar had replaced the clutch on my mother's car, only for the clutch to go out within a year. I strongly believe Cesar never replaced the clutch with a brand new part. Cesar is a monkey holding a wrench. He's barely qualified to do an oil change. Avoid this dude.
