Cesar Heating & Cooling service came to my house today to do maintenance on my furnace. The gentleman who came was very respectful, kind, and explained everything really well and I felt like I could really trust his opinion and recommendations. I would definitely use the service again. In fact, I signed up for their comfort club membership because it seems like a very cost-effective plan!
The installation crew were very professional and worked very well together in coordinating the installation of our new furnace. I was impressed with their team work and final out of the installation. No problems were experienced after the boiler was started up. We are very content with their work. Thank you guys.
Cesar Heating & Cooling was absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish when my unit stopped working and needed a replacement. The office manager was very responsive and patient with answering the many questions I had. The crew were all absolutely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them
Maybe not the biggest of contractors out there but definitely one of the best! Right from the start the relationship between myself and this company gave me a sense of their professionalism, knowledge, expertise and dedication to leave me a satisfied customer. The technician arrived on time and the installation was completed in a timely, professional fashion and removed the old heater heater as well. Would highly recommend this company and their dedicated staff for any heating /cooling needs. Well done gentlemen!!
They are quite prompt and polite, and their costs are fair. My heating and air conditioning issues were immediately resolved, and they were able to do so in a method that didn't jeopardise my security or comfort. The gentleman who answered the phone was really courteous, and even though I didn't have an appointment, he made time for me that day. Their techs are knowledgable about the products they sell. He explained to me what needed to be done and quickly got it done! The cost was also affordable!
