5 Stars!!!! Cesar is an exceptional talent and a guy like him is hard to find nowadays in the business world. He will go to the end of the world to close a deal and has the persistence of a cheetah chasing a rabbit! He will practically kick an underwriter's door down to get them to approve a loan and he will work day or night if he needs to if there is a time crunch. Call him for your loan needs, you will not regret it!
