Some things never change, and neither does a kind heart. During a work trip to San Francisco today, Mom and I ran into a car issue. We pulled into the service station where Luis and Jose immediately stepped up to help. Their kindness and quick support made all the difference and turned our day around. I came here to get 4 set of tires that goes with my brand new aftermarket rims. I don't know if I had some rookie technician assigned or what, but the tires were installed undersized (205 instead of 225). They obviously messed up my size, but they denied my complaints and claimed that these 'brand new' tires had no warranties on them, so I had to go back and pay for the service again - costing me almost $1000 for a set of very average brand 16" tires installed. A solid, all-around mechanic with integrity! Honest and fair, quick and reliable. My company has a small fleet and my boss always insists that I take my van to Luis, even though I work out out of the East Bay. Luis and his mechanics are so amazing, I am bringing my own car out all the way from El Sobrante. I will no longer get ripped off by the dealership.
