Dear seller CES image! Why are you showing a product that you do not have in stock? I ordered it in March and ordered it again yesterday. Months later, the same lie again. It still appears to be in stock. You are not correcting it again. You are wasting people's time. Do not place orders from CES image. They are trying to sell a product that they do not have in stock. Amazing customer service! Bought a plotter from them 3.5 years ago and called today for troubleshooting help. My call was answered in 2 rings and 30 seconds later, Greg from support was on the line. All questions answered and new part ordered in <5 minutes total and all done whilst being super-friendly and professional! Pay no attention to the 1 star ratings from former employees ... there are sites/services for reporting employer issues
I spoke to the receptionist and a gentlemen in sales, presumably Don, who was very helpful negotiating a supply of ink for the printer which our school purchased. Thanks!
Don @ CES Imaging was very helpful. The plotter at my work took a dump, and I had a plotter picked out for the replacement. After talking to Don, just to try and get measurements, he suggested a different plotter. Only took 2 days to get the new plotter, and it works great for what we need it to do. Thanks, Don!
